Robyn Vigorito was my technician - she was incredibly patient with me to explain procedures beforehand and never pushed me to do something I wasn't comfortable with. Before and during the procedure, she took her time and was incredibly kind and careful, talking me through every step. I had the IPL treatment done and I could be happier - the terrible, dark sun spots I had are nearly totally gone and my skin is smoother and clearer (it even removed other imperfections, like acne).
