Dedicate yourself to losing weight
We live in a quick fix world and are more impatient to see results than ever before. Maybe the social media world and having information at our fingertips has something to do with it. But when it comes to weight loss there are quick fixes that work in the short term and then there are long term sustained results.
There is a whole industry dedicated to fat loss and body contouring but those are often the last resort. Sometimes no matter the care we take with our diet and exercise plans, stubborn fat can remain until more intensive measures are taken. Ultimately having a responsible approach is very important. It is not good enough to just pop diet supplements and do nothing more in the hope all the work will be done for you. To see real results we cannot rely on one method alone and that means continuing a good healthy balanced diet and exercise regime alongside dietary supplements or body contouring treatments and fat loss injections.
The reason I stress this is because of the impact dieting and weight loss has on the brain. How it affects our perception of, and relationship with food for example. It helps us keep balance and nobody should have a negative relationship with food and exercise otherwise it can lead to eating disorders. We want to avoid that at all costs and focus on feeding our bodies to keep them healthy, fit and beautiful.
I have patients who are part of our bespoke weightloss programs using Semaglutide injections or weight management supplements and I advise them to continue with their diet and exercise regimes. Their results are amplified and they have not compromised their relationship with food. It is a similar story for EvolveX Transform which works brilliantly when shifting the last few inches. It too needs to be used in combination with a healthy lower calorie than usual, diet.
It is more important for me to have emotionally happy, healthy and well-rounded patients (pardon the pun!)
